Soviet sneakers injured my son

I bought my family Soviet sneakers which is our brand of choice, that was late December 2021. My kept his high cut sneakers and on wore them for the first time to school on 14 February 2022. A few hours later I got a call from school that my son was limping and crying in pain and was taken to a school nurse to check what it was, only to find that the right leg had been bruised and bleeding due the the shoes' inside stitching that is incorrectly done. I called Soviet JHB for advice on *** however was told the manager was not in and he will call back until now I have no response nor correspondence from them.
