Soviet Online Store Incompetency!!

I ordered my 5 sneakers with a store pickup option. I got an email a day later saying a sneaker I ordered was damaged and I opted for a refund on that sneaker. I am here because I am struggling to get hold of Soviet Online or via the chosen store (their numbers on Google don't exist). The due date for pickup is today and unfortunately, I haven't gotten a call or comms from their depot regarding the pickup of my sneakers or order. This is a bad experience for me ... Why is there a messed up turnaround time? Why are you guys not efficient with communication or phone calls at least if It is a human on the other side of the machine ...

I've always done online shopping for years with other competent stores like RUNWAY, MRP and never had this kind of uncomfortable feeling about my order
