Soviet needs to learn how to treat clients fairly

I bought 2 tshirts priced at R249 each on a promotion for R299 for the two tshirts. A security tag was left on the one tshirt and I discovered this when I was on holiday in Cape Town. No other store wanted to assist with the removal, as the tshirt was torn where the tag was as well. I went back to the Cresta store where I bought it, and I wanted to exchange with a tshirt priced at R249 like the one I bought initially. The people in the store told me to pay in R100 as the promotion is now over. I took a cheaper tshirt as I didn’t see why I should pay R249 for a Soviet tshirt when I can get a better brand at the same price. I will never set foot there as I felt ******, coz I had to take something cheaper due to the store staff’s incompetence and not wanting to treat a client fairly. They need to learn that if you exchange, a like for like replacement should be considered.
