Soviet jeans unable to deliver a pair of shoes?

I have shopped at Soviet for years, since they started in the mid 1990s. I walked into the Cresta branch and purchased over R1400 worth of shoes. The pair I wanted was out of stock and the staff promised to get it for me within a week. That was a month ago. I have walked into the Cresta branch 4 times in a month to the same result: passing the buck. They promised to call me. Took my details.
