Soviet Forrest Hill City

I visited Soviet Forrest Hill to exchange a damaged item but the power was off at the time. The Store manager was exceptional and did the exchange without a hassle and took my details down if she needed anything else. When we there my daughter was looking at a pair of sneakers and a hoodie but we didn't purchase it. A week later I got a call from the store manager to say that the sneakers we looked at are on sale if I still want them and asked what size does my daughter wear. I was blown away that she noticed and remembered. When we went to get the sneakers, we couldn't find her size, the store manager said that she saw that there was only 1 left in that size so she set it aside for us, as I told her I would come on Saturday. This happen on a second occasion as well, where she noticed items we were interested in and called me either when stock was running out or if it went on sale. She is the best manager that the store has had by far, very attentive to customers, friendly and pays attention to detail. Well Done!!!
