Soviet - excellent customer service !!!!!!!!!!!
I logged a review on HelloPeter regarding a pair of faulty sneakers, giving only 1 star. I've had the most wonderful customer service from Soviet after they responded to my complaint, and would now rate this company as EXCELLENT !!!!!!!! I cannot find a way to change my review, so am posting a new one. Many thanks to Soviet for their exellent customer service, and a special thank you to Dané for truly owning the process.
