Soviet Denim bad service

I bought a pair of Soviet Viper High Cut sneakers from the Soviet store on Take Alot. I had to wait a couple of days for the delivery. Very keen when Take alot let me know my order will be delivered today. Opened the box with lots of exitement and what I got was a box with Low Cut sneakers with a high cut sticker on. So its obvious a high cut sticker was put on a low cut box and the person who picked my order did not double check in the box. Now I have to go through the tedious process of waiting for Take alot to first review my return then if they deem fit arrange pick up and then I have to wait again for the right product to be delivered to me. How can a retail giant like soviet make such a simple mistake. I am seriously dissapointed as Soviet is my favorite brand and I own various Soviet jeans and other sneakers. In a day and age with so much competition one would think that such a big company could get one order right. I could have just bought local at one of the malls byt seeing as I buy alot on take alot I bought this combined with other products. Wish I could give a minus star rating. Thanks Soviet for ruining a otherwise awesome day.
