Soviet (Access Park, Kenilworth CT) - ******* customer service!!!

<p style="color: #555555;">The Soviet store at Kenilworth Access Park, CT, has the WORST customer service I have come across. I bought three &nbsp;pairs of trousers (special for R1000) a few months ago, as I thought the Soviet brand was good quality, and within 2 months (after about 4 times of wearing the trousers), two pairs were tearing!&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I took them back, and the lady at the shop initially said they'd replace them. Then he story changed, and she said she'd need to speak to the manager first. The long and the short of it is, the manager said they'd not refund &nbsp;OR EVEN REPLACE the trousers!! He was terribly rude throughout &nbsp;the process and basically had no customer service skills.&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I have sent messages to Soviet head office, and heard NOTHING back from them.&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I'm terribly disappointed with this brand that I thought was decent.&nbsp;</p>
