Should rather just have kept quiet!

So I bought a Soviet denim shorts online, my first Soviet in my 36 years. On receiving these, the outside was marked 32 and after trying it on and it not fitting I saw that the actual inside label was marked 30. On returning the shorts and stating my frustration on the Soviet facebook page, not expecting a response nevertheless a replacement offer. I received a response very soon after that a similar denim would be sourced for me. Couple days later I received an email stating that the shorts would not be replaced as it was bought from [URL Removed] (does [URL Removed] sell ****/inferior brands then?) So I made peace with the situation only to receive a call from Gerard Schiebe some days/weeks later promising once again that a similar short would be sourced and be sent to me. Never got a reply. After posting my new frustration some weeks later, I immediately received a reply stating that I would be contacted soon. Never heard from Soviet since. I really don't mind paying as I really wanted a Soviet denim short but seriously saddened by the customer service of such a great brand.
