Service from Soviet is worse than the Product
No wander the soviet Brand is such poor quality - If you Look at the service from the Executives it all makes sense<br> <br> I have posted a complaint on Hello Peter on 17/04/2015 regarding the poor product soviet delivers - The response from Zune Spence (Please note - This is now the Merchandise Executive) was very promp making all these promises that they will look into the matter threw their QC Department and that they will collect the Jeans from me and they will offer me a Complimentary Jean / voucher.<br> <br> I had to follow up VIA e-mail more than once for when they will collect the jeans (THREE JEANS THAT WAS VERY POOR QUALITY)<br> <br> A driver came one day with a letter from Zune to their Dispatch area stating that there is a ANNOYING CUSTOMER and that they need to collect some Jeans from me. I made a copy of this letter so that I have got proof of it.<br> <br> Since then I received a mail from Zun? full of excuses that it is old stock etc etc (Old Stock or not - was a new pair of Jeans on date of purchase). She mailed me on 06/07/2015 and said she will come back to me.<br> <br> Still wait feedback till today<br> <br> I am very disappointed with the Soviet Brand / Name - NOT to mention service from their Head Office !!
I would just like to bring this matter to the public's attention - whilst dealing with the complaint, the Hello Peter ***** Department informed us that Mr Morne (Potties777) was an habitual complainant and targets various companies in search of free items or vouchers, we then asked Mr Morne (Potties777) to respond to the Hello Peter claim which to date he has still not responded to other than posting this new complaint.
At Soviet we treat all customer complaints seriously and endeavor to resolve all or any issues in the most professional manner.
The Soviet Group will however not tolerate consumer ***** and the discrediting and naming of any staff on public sites.
