purchased new soviet boots sole broke off

i purchased a pair of soviet boots size 10 taupe color upon wearing them i felt that the one felt a bit sort of loose upon wearing them the third time the entire sole of the boots came loose this is really disappointing especially when you save money to purchase something and it does not last i loaded a complaint on the website but never received a response
