Purchased gift card and money never loaded!
Purchased R800 gift card at the Eastgate - South Africa store, the system was offline and got advised it would be loaded as soon as they were back online,
I have been in store and addressed this with Debra-Sales person, whom then put me on to a manager Fortune who said he would get it sorted, he now ignores my calls and contacted Soviet HO and no luck.
This is not ethical and if doesn't get rectified IT IS THEFT. Well done Soviet real winner at tarnishing your own brand!
