Poor communication

Bought shoes, two pairs, online, that are currently on promotion for R499 on the 18th of December 2024, only to receive an email on the 20th of December 2024 stating that there is an inventory error for one of the pairs, I rep**** to their email stating that they can deliver a different colour for both, up to this day there’s no response on the email, worse no responds to their landline, initially wanted the shoes before the year ends.
