NOT A HAPPY CLIENT

I'm big on Soviet shoes so today I decide to go to Cresta mall for a pair of shoes I select a pair and Mbongani assisted me and after giving him my code to use for my voucher I ask him that I wanna take another shoe , he says YES you can but first pay for this pair and then we do an exchange I ask him will the voucher of R100 be carried over without seeking information he says YES fine we try to do the exchange but now the system doesn't allow him only then he seeks help calling people saying that my voucher is gone. Had he asked for help I would have left as a happy customer like always. Today am not happy my R100 just went down the drain really because he did not ask for help I ended up asking for my money and leaving without buying anything the inconvenience this has caused I'm really missed
