No response

Please note that I logged a request on Saturday on your website with regards to jeans that I purchased and have not heard from anyone, aside from the other outfits which were perfectly fine. I have 3 pairs of jeans that I require a bigger fit, the store in cresta that I purchased from does not have those sizes and don't know when they will be getting again, I am not willing to change for something else and pay a difference as in more for something that I have already paid for and can't utilise. I tried calling the number on the website, been sent from pillar to post, sent email request and logged on what seems to be an unofficial website another still under construction, plus to sent to [Email Removed] still no response. What service is this...
