No feedback on poor product quality

I walked in to the Soviet Cresta store about a month or two ago, looking for new shoes. I asked the guy who assisted me to bring me four different pairs of shoes that I liked, all to be a size 8. After paying for the shoes, I noticed that I was overcharged and had to go back to the store in order to get a refund. They took my slip and issued me a new one, with only two pairs of shoes listed on there but I left it and went home. <br> <br> Ever since then I found that 2 of the 4 pairs were a size 7, which doesn't really fit me. The other 2 pairs fit me perfectly. After wearing one pair, I noticed that the left shoe had ripped on the side, this is embarrassing and can't wear these anymore. This also started happening to another pair of shoes. <br> <br> I have sent emails to the Cresta branch as well as to head office but no one seems to care. This is not fair as I have been a customer for years. I have soviet shoes older than 3 years which till today hasn't torn or ripped. I feel that the quality of the products have drastically deteriorated. Out of the 4 pairs I bought, I am able to wear one. Expensive price to pay for one pair.
