lying assistant

<p>I visited Soviet Mall of Africa at 17H05 to purchase two pairs of shoes.I asked for assistance and was told by the lady that was working that she would go look for the sizes I needed when the store was more quiet ,so I should comr back later as I work in the same mall.I agreed but the asked the other assistant to help as someone can come in the store and purchase the shoes I needed.The assistant went to the back and came back with feedback saying they had no stock of the sizes and he could check another store.As I look around the store i managed to find the sizes myself , as ge was attending other customers at the time.I felt unattended and unimportant.What bothers me the most is the integrity of not bring honest.Bad service recieved.This whole story took 35 minutes of my time and i still didnt recieve good service.</p>
