I need my refund!
I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by Soviet in SunnyPark Mall. In October I bought 2 pair of shoes and placed a lay buy at the same date(30/10/21, then thereafter I made payment on the 06/11/21. So I decided to drive today to go and collect the laybuy of which I could not find the store, I had thought maybe I had gone in sane, so I decided to ask around and I was told that they have closed down. SO MY QUESTION IS AM I NOW AT A LOSS HERE SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FORM OF NOTIFICATION THAT THE STORE WILL BE CLOSING SOON, SO advise what does one do in this case? my sneakers and the money already paid what will then happen to them?
