Excellent customer service from a salesman

Today I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a shoe for my husband on our way out of The mall of the South. We were tired and not really in the mood to shop. A friendly gentleman approached us to offer his help. He guided us in picking a suitable shoe after sharing his personal practical advice ,and when we were done he persuaded my little daughter to purchase 2 shoes for her. He was so friendly and patient, tying her laces after she fitted on several shoes to choose the ones that were most suitable. I purchased many more shoes than expected!

I was so impressed with his mannerisms and excellent customer service that i was compelled to mention him. Our shopping malls need more salesmen like Kamohelo Sello! Hes definitely an asset to the Soviet brand.
