Dissatisfaction with customer service at Soviet Store Gateway

I am utterly disappointed with customer service at the Soviet store in Gateway. I had the unpleasant experience of shopping at the store on Sunday 1st July at 11am,as there were 3 employees who were so unhelpful. They were more interested in being outside the store. I was to purchase a jacket R799.00 and sneakers for R399.00 that I had seen online,and unfortunately there was no sizes and I requested if these could be ordered from another store, but was refused. The salesman actually asked me to go to another store, this was apparent that they did not have the best interest of the store.I will not shop at Soviet again or recommend this store to anyone.
