Disappointed

My review is about two shops but same company. The reason I gave a 5 star is for the excellent service I received from Soviet in Wonderpark, the staff always friendly and smiling and ready to assist when you need help. I give them 25/10 for their services. However today I went to the store to change a pair of men shoes and get a new pair and my partner didn't want the sandals but rather sneakers as usual I was assisted at wonderpark but unfortunately there was no size then they checked on the system if other shops had the size and by luck it was available at Soviet Centurion Mall( there by the lake or river) so they called but the staff at Centurion said it is available then later changed that it's not. They called again to confirm the availability den they said it's not the guy who was assisting me as he was trying to get the name of the person who answered the phone the person hung up. We wanted to go there to get the shoes before we find that it's not available. They tried again and again but to no avail, I even left my numbers so that they could tell me if they got a hold of them in which they did and still the answer was the same. My partner decided to take a chance went to Centurion and he said when he got there the treatment was not nice the lady just said the shoes are not available but they were displayed as you enter and then after her answer was "aaah we too tired to look they are at the bottom" my partner was not impressed at all as he was complaining about the service he got from Soviet Centurion. I'm just disappointed because I thought the same service I gotSoviet Wonderpark will be the same at Centurion but I guess not
