Broken floor beading

I was entering Soviet Canal Walk and was carrying my daughter and never noticed the metal floor board beading was sticking out and I tripped over it and injured my big right toe and damaged my takkie as well as almost fell down with my daughter. The employee of soviet saw what happened and he said to me that the regional manager had been notified of the damaged beading and said he doesn't care. I do not have contact details of the manager and would like this to be addressed urgently as someone can get seriously injured. Mrs Effendi
