Blatant disregard of consumer protection act

I bought a pair of Jeans and 3 shirts on the evening of Friday the 30th of January 2015. Upon returning home i realized that one of the shirts was manufactured without button holes on the sleeve and the Jeans were completely miss stitched on both the legs. On the 7th of February 2015 i Returned the items to the store to exchange it for the exact same products but unfortunately they did not have my size available anymore, as there is nothing else in the store I wanted i demanded a full refund as i have the legal right to do so under the consumer protection act \Under the CPA
