I wanted to take the time to let everyone know the amazing service I received from Soviet, I bought a pair of shoes from Zando a couple of months back and after wearing the shoes I realized on of the shoes was faulty/defective, I phoned Soviet spoke to Hayley Copson, she never left me in the dark keeping me up to date what was happening and the process of the company, she notified me that I will be getting a replacement pair and that i will receive a follow up from the team that will deliver my new pair, Dane Venter contacted me shortly after to arrange deliver. The whole process from Soviet was amazing they were nice to deal with and very understanding, I firmly believe that Hayley Copson & Dane Venter are an asset to their organization.
