Bad service

On the 16 of October I bought shoes at soviet online shopping ntill today I'm waiting for my delivery on the 17th this guy called at 7:29 asking where do i stay and if I'll be around my answer was yes ...but he never came .. calling them n asking why they telling me he saying i refuse to give him id for the shoes that i bought..today they promise that my parcel will be arrive but still the same .. soviet and bagbo what must i do because was supposed to go to Limpopo with those shoes tomorrow.
