Unprofessional and terrible sales staff

I will be purchasing my BMW with someone else thank you!! Reception does not meet or greet you, do not even notice you. Very annoying salesmen walked up to me and I did not want to deal with this loud, extremely annoying person. I told him that I do not need assistance, he just kept nagging me and called me "BRA"??? as we left a female staff member walked by and used the P word loud while talking to another staff member, coffee mugs in hand. I went to Johannesburg South from there, professional, well trained sales people and I am taking delivery of my new 320d next week. I mentioned my unbelievable experience to them, apparently they sell plenty vehicles to clients from the Vaal, I wonder why?
