Good day, I would like to commend the team at Sovereign Vereeniging BMW, specifically Ricky, the Service Manager and both Debbie and Juanita the Service Consultants that assisted me. My 1 Series rear tail light had an LED failure and they efficiently and promptly assisted me in authorisation for a new one, and had the failed light replaced in no time.
