Poor and scrupulous business ethic from Sovereign Vereeniging

I took my 118i to BMW Sovereign for lock set programming after mine was ******, I bought new lockset and I needed a lockset programming for my car. Sovereign gave me a R1900 or so quote and I agree, a week later they called me saying they are unable to program due to a faulty FEM and they must replace it at the price of R9635 exc vat and labor. I queried and while on it lock down level 5 was imposed and they closed shop, post lock down and I needed my car I agreed for them to replace the the FEM and I paid the 50% deposit, they installed the FEM and they inform me that the key of the lockset don't read the FEM and it required a new set of keys at the price of R11 288 to complete the programming I paid the 50% after being assured that my car will be fixed after the new key.

They new key arrived and programmed to the vehicle and still it couldn't engage the gears and they said it require a new control unit at the price of a whooping R23 705 exc VAT and labor and I said its enough now, we moved from R1900 programming to a balance of R58 910 including labor and the car is still not fix! We arranged a meeting and I raised my displeasure in escalating quote and no results on my car and they said the car need those units to get it fixed. I then decided not to continue with their service and I said they must take back all the units they ordered as they didn't help me but they refused, I even asked to at least take one unit back I pay the keys and they Debbie the ASC consultant insistent on stressing that its the rules and there is nothing they could do. - I towed away my car in worse state than I delivered to them - she showed no compassion in my plea to have units returned and helping me - the service I received from Sovereign Vereeniging was pathetic, arrogant and total farce

Its still hurting that I Sovereign Vereeniging made pay to sum of R29 300 for the car that I had to tow away from them as they failed dismally to fix it.
