Never going to be recommended

I purchased a vehicle from this vehicle company in November 2019. I was billed 5000 for licensing and registration. Unfortunately my vehicle could not be licensed in Bloemfontein. I was told to license the vehicle and will be reimbursed. The cost of licensing was almost a 1000rands (not 5000). I sent in my receipts and was told that I will receive my refund. All I asked for was the money I paid and not the 5000 ( which in reality they owed me. Till date 12March 2020 I have received no refunds. I sent emails to my sales person Juandre Jacobs, Jason Lopes and Anel Steyn and still no response. Definitely the worst service. To think the deal was done within 48 hours and no refund 3 Months later!!!
