BMW Vereeniging

On the 15th November 2022 I took my car in for mechanical repair at BMW Vereeniging, the car was ready on the 18th November 2022 but I arranged to collect the vehicle on the 19th November 2022, only to be told that I can't get the car because internal arrangements were not done and I eventually I had to come again all the way from Centurion to collect it on the 21st November, Monday. On the 30th November 2022, I encountered the same mechanical problem with the car which I took it in for and I was stuck on the roadside. I asked BMW Vereeniging to collect the car and fix it, since it wasn't properly fixed and I wasn't willing to incur further costs of moving the car from Fourways to Vereeniging because the problem should have been sorted the first time around. They said they can only collect the car on the 5th December 2022, meaning my car remains on the roadside and I continue to stay more days without a car. I even asked for the manager, who was apparently not available to was supposed to get back to me and he never did. This has caused a huge inconvenience for me. They were very unprofessional in dealing with this matter.
