Bad service BMW Vereeniging

This guys sold me a car and in less than a month it says my break pad are finished... I suspect they have a connection with Dekra

The sales agent Innocent is no longer taking my calls and the manager said the is nothing he can do with my situation.. How can a car pass roadworthy with finished break pad even if they were about to finish it can't be in less than a month
