My vehicle towed to Soverign BMW but now it is no where to be found

<p>My car was towed for breakdown form Maseru Bridge to Soverign Arc bmw dealer on Wednesday at 2:00 pm , since then I never got any communication regarding the status of on the car till Thursday late when I made several calls to BWM on call and they referred me to Soverign. Friday morning when I called Soverign to understand the problem and progress status. The lady that was helping me said she can’t find the car on the Sovereign system and that means they never received the car, she said she can only find the car on the dealnet central system. I do not know where my car is and what must I do. Must I report it to the police or WHAT ?</p>
