Worst health care assistance ever.

My name is Nicole Petersen. I would really like to inform you of my terrible 2nd visit to this hospital. Firstly about 2years ago my husband dislocated his collar bone. After doing x-ray's they told him nothing was wrong. The dislocated bone is now standing out, you can see the bone is loose.

Then Wednesday I was referred to them by a general practioner who agreed with me of the possibility of cyst on my ovaries as I have all the signs. After getting there 3:30pm they told me they can't confirm my medical aid as it was after hours. The closing time for the call centre where they have to confirm the medical aid closes 4pm. Then after a very vague examination they tell me it's just a infection. Without doing a ******l scan. When I ask them about it they said I must return on Monday to do the scan as the facility is closed where they must get the machine from. I'm still in the worst pain ever. I doubt I'll ever use them again
