unforgettable horrible experience at maternity ward at south rand hospital

I'm extremely dissapointed at the staff of the maternity unit of south rand hospital. The service is very poor and the nurses are extremely unproffesional. I regret giving birth to my first child under such circumstances. I was ill treated,insulted and called names by nurses from the time I was admitted until after delivery. I was in labor for 6 hours and no nurse attended to me whenever I went to their office to tell them how I feel I will be sent away with insults and name calling such as "useless foreigner, idiot who told you to go open your legs. I witnessed other ladies giving birth on the floor on their own, some who's water broke were told to walk, run or crawl to the delivery room because they were too tired or busy with their cellphones to attend to them with a wheel chair as it should be. I walked to the delivery room too after my water broke. Luckily I pushed the baby immediately I sat on that bed and endured more gossips and insults during womb cleaning. I heard them call my new born "ugly monster, low weight immigrant and they referred my ****** as a ***'s **** and interrogated me on so many things I got during pregnancy like stretch marks, acne and pile. They constantly laugh at me after each of them put a negative comment. Overall I'm dissapointed and it's such an unforgettable bad experience for a first time mom.
