South Rand Hospital - be on your deathbed and you might bet help

If I could leave a negative rating, I would, with the way South Rand Hospital operates. I have been here 4 times in the last 2 months to have one blood test done, and have had the most ********** service from staff. Speaking to us like dogs, and sending you from pillar to post for something simple, like getting your file, are just some of the things I have experienced. I have many times postponed or put off coming here in the past, self medicating instead of being mishandled by people meant to help us. Mr Nare Seaneo - president of patients affair & support, uncluding his Supervisors do nothing with in person complaints. Why do these people get a salary? Is there any hope for state health insitutions in South Africa???
