Lost my grandfather at the Hospital still don't know the cause of death

South rand Hospital where do I start the state I found my Grandparents in wow this is so sad every day since the 5th of January I called the hospital every day after numerous calls and the feedback I got was that my grandfather is stable meanwhile my grandfather was getting weaker by the day we got assurance every day that he is stable my Grandma was also admitted together with her husband.. She was also ok not bad just a slight body ache... Both were admitted the Tuesday 05/01/2021,the problem I have is everyday they were fed cereal and tea probably bitter too not one 1 could warn us us a heads up about my grandfather's condition that is not getting better the least they could have done so we could have arranged to see my grandpa one more time before he passed the Sunday and imagine his wife never knew of his passing 10/01/2021 at the end of the day they were left in the hands of the Hospital to be taken care of the Sunday when we got the call of my grandfather's passing before I went to identify my grandfather I first saw my granny whose mattress was on the floor her gown was off she was naked under her blanket and she smelt of urine my grandmother was not on oxygen nor on a drip when I woke her up to tell her to fight and that I'm gonna get her the next day the Monday all she said was thank you Lord and her she kept on saying her name and surname I can only imagine how cold she was getting because her mattress was on the floor.. After seeing my granny... Shortly there after I went to identify my grandad who was also laying naked under his sheet seems like my grandads window was open all night because his room was ice cold and seemed like he was getting cold before passing only God knows... The Monday I had to fetch my granny I prayed she made it through the night because the Sunday she was already blue in the face her mouth was full of blood and she lost alot of weight... The hospital kept on saying she was confused my grandma was 100% she knew her identity and she kept on praising the Lord my prayer is that whoever takes this line of work please treat people fairly and have a heart to do the right thing when no one is looking and that means treat our elderly folks with extra tender and care... Or find a different job if you not passionate about ur line of work... My grandfather passed away I pray his Spirit leaves that horrible place and find peace. This Hospital needs Cameras and proper facilities
