Why have home affairs officials in hospitals when the personnel who suppose to assist in applications and issuing of birth only aarives when they so want or not show up at all, whilst parents of new borns with their new borns line up the whole day..

Either hopsiptal or home affairs should consider the interest of this new borns. Not even social distancing is maintained as this parents have to wait for hours without being served.
