Bad service delivery at our hospitals

My experience with this hospital is BAD, i know we bern complaining about service delivery but this is out of line, there are no doctors, nurses here just wonder around, eating fries, been waiting at casualty since 08h30, my mom got to see a nurse by 11, got x-ray at 3, and all we been told was Dr is coming to see us, did the Dr arrive, NOPE, we even left without service and my mother got infection from the wound she had,
