Bad attitude and lack of Respect

I would like to expose Dr mokgatle from south rand hospital and I wanna suggest he be sent to a mental institution because he is crazy and rude that damn doctor shouts at patients I don't know for what reason we would be very happy if he can be dealt with properly he is very rude and lacks respect
