Staysouthpoint Faila to Refund Deposit for 2020

I have been waiting for Deposit refund since December 2020 from Soutpoint Braamfontein. Several follow ups done & given a portal: refunds.spmss... to upload bank account and id copy. That was done & never heard anything from them. Followed up againg through emails & twitter & told to provide the same documents already submitted. REF No. ***
