Refuse to gibe Wedding footage

Me and my husband got married on the 26th of October 2013. The first DVD that we've got was so poor, it looked like a home made video. When we contacted Musa, he told us his computer is in for a service. Since February 2014 we struggle to get the Wedding footage from him. On 8 September 2014 his partner told us that we can come and collect the footage. When we arrived, Musa gave us a blank DVD with nothing on and told us that his partner did not inform him that we are there to collect the footage. Since September 2014 he uses the same excuse. When we contacted him on 13 April 2015 and told him that he should give us the footage as his partner told us he has it, he dropped the phone in my ear and do not answer thereafter. Since January 2015 my mother and husband keep calling Musa, and he tells them we will receive it in two weeks time. When I spoke to him op 13 April 2015 he told me that he told my husband that we would not get it!! This is a big fat lie, since he told my husband and mother that we will receive it in two weeks time. This is unacceptable for a \professional videographer". We want our wedding footage. We paid you the full amount to be there on that day!!! """
