WORST PLACE EVER!
<div>WORST PLACE EVER!! We spoke to Kiasha Govender and we chose our car send it for all the tests that WE paid for and the day we needed to collect the car they sold the CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! What a waste of time and money! Really bad!! And very disappointing SOUTHGATE WHEELS! Will never recommend this place!</div>

Unfortunately, the dealership does not control the outcome of finance applications, as these decisions are determined by the banks risk assessment criteria. 26 Sept 2024, 12:51I was buying cash, I told the sales lady I am taking the car I was just waiting for the Dekra test I messaged her no stop if the car was back and can I come make payment, if the car had been sold then why are you send it for Dekra for me? at no point was there and option given for a deposit to be paid to secure the car and I was told the car is ready for collection on the day I was coming through to make payment I was asked to send all my details to start the process to make it faster, when I arrived I was informed that the car had been sold after your sales lady said the car is mine, you guys then tried to do a finace application which I didn’t want to do then you guys said you would fined me a car in my cash budget which never happened, I can share all my WhatsApp chats showing what your sales lady said and after traveling 45min the car is just sold I’m sorry but that is terrible service…….stop trying to make it sound okay because it’s not and just admit you messed up.
