Worst Customer Service ever

My Partner bougth 2008 Audi A3 Cabriolet and the manager promised to arrange for sparewheel to be delivered to us and the stack to be fixed as it's not opening. The manager has been ignoring us on WhatsApp and when we go to the dealership all we get is empty promise. Customers Service after concluding the deal is worst. Even now we still waiting for them to bring sparewheel and fix the stack.
