Very unprofessional

Bad bad service purchased a car from the beginning lots of trouble priced advertised was wrong i had to pay 5000 more. Told me the car is still under service plan wich was not true electronic mirrors as advertised and left hand side mirror was broken and stick together. Phoned them to replace still waiting. O and its 2 weeks now since i purchased the car and still waiting for the papers. When you phone they put the phone down in your ear. Very unprofessional and rude.
