Vary bad after sale service

Bought a car from Southgate wheels in Edenvale and got really good initial service. I got no log book, owner manual or spare key and was promise dthese withing two days. Three weeks later have not received them and the manager keith just ignores all my requests. Such a disappointment. the car is great but without an owners manual there is a lot my wife cannot work out in relation to operation etc. Can anyone assist at southgate wheels.
