UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT!

At first, I couldn't have been happier with the service I received at the Southgate Wheels. The staff were awesomely friendly, the waiting area was comfortable, and the process was so speedy I was so pleased with my experience that I even gave them a 5-star rating online.

However, as time passed, I began to realize what a ******* the place truly was. It started with small things, like the fact that they hadn't actually serviced my car properly ( which I had to pay out of pocket for because they had claimed they did when infant, they did not) Then, I noticed that my radiator was hanging precariously low, to the point where I had to tie it up with a rope just to keep it from falling out completely.

To make matters worse, I discovered that there was no jack in my car when I had a flat tire one day when I had an emergency. As a female driver who often travels alone, this was incredibly frustrating. And to top it all off, when I went to change the tire, I found that the spare wheel didn't even fit my car's size.

I had to go back to the branch twice to get other issues sorted out, which not only took time out of my day but also resulted in me having to take unpaid leave from work. While the service at the shop was still great, the lack of quality in their work was a blatant disrespect to the motor industry.

It then became clear to me that the green Dekra sticker on their window was just for show. It was a disappointing realization that a place I had initially trusted had let me down so severely. From that day on, I vowed to never return to that place and to warn others about their subpar service.
