Unreliable and Dishonest bad Service Provider

I bought a car in July and upon signing only one key was given to me and I was told that I would get the spare key when I get car documents after paying,every time I asked about the spare key I would be taken from pillar to post.Emmanuel,the sales person that was assisting me later said that the previous owner didn’t give them the spare key but his boss is in talks with the previous owner to pay for the spare key since it’s his fault that they don’t have it. Now I am being told that they is nothing they can do about this,I have seen people complaining about the same spare key issue on the reviews but unfortunately I had bought the car already by then,had they been honest and disclosed that they don’t have the spare key I was honestly not gonna purchase the car from them.
