Unprofessional Servive
Well, since late november I submitted my documents to Southgate wheels, and requested them to bring the vehicle I was looking to purchase, to their branch as it was with the Randburg branch. I have went there over 4 times, and I keep getting the same excuse that they will call me back. I do not know why if my application was unsuccessful, they should have just called me and let me know, or its it a personal thing towards me, or is it that the actual vehicle I want to buy is not in any good condition and they won't bring it to site so I can view the car, nor is it that they do not have funds to make calls....<br> Somebody please tell SHANE to be professional and do his job
The client made an application for finance for a vehicle that was seen at another branch of Southgate wheels.Unfortunately ,we do not bring vehicles from other branches until such time that the fiance is approved.The client then arrived at the Ridgeway branch without confirming if the vehicle was at the branch in the first place and was upset to find that the vehicle was not at the branch.The vehicle was then sent for repair for and unfortunatley the part was on back order from the factory which took a few weeks to arrive.The sales consultant should have been more honest and professional with the client,the sales consultant Shane has been sent for sales and customer service training which should enable him to carry out his job more professionally.
