Unpleasant experience

My first experience was very poor. I saw the vehicle advertised on Autotrader at X amount, I contacted them on WhatsApp which was apparently the manager which they transferred me to the sales agent. After dealing with the sales agent regarding the vehicle I made an appointment to view the vehicle. When I had arrived the vehicle was in the workshop doing panel beating which I said was fine. I then made follow ups on the vehicle from the day of adverti*****t up until today. When I ask them for the OTP they send it to me. When I opened it the amount for the vehicle changed. I asked the sales agent why did it change, he tells me to relook at the ad its changed. I then sent him proof of what I had. He tells me that his manager only advised him today about the change. I then told him throughout the process of me viewing the car and the speaking to him no one has advised me of such change. I contact the manager, he advised me yes it changed as they did work on the vehicle. I told him nowhere on the ad or your sales person that stated there would be a change in price of the vehicle. He was very unhelpful, I am still waiting feedback from them as I have sold my existing vehicle for their vehicle and left without a car. He told me plain down that this is the price he cant help me.

This dealership is not recommend by me and I will not stay quiet regarding the above
