This so called dealership is actually an absolute pathetic company. The charge you R4900 admin fees for something that only costs R192. I bought a car from them in September and the registration is from KZN. I can't renew the license in Gauteng and therefore need to go to Durban. I was told on date of purchase that the license was up to date. They did not even do the change of ownership and the manager Keith has an arrogant attitude. He has no customer service and cannot talk properly to clients. I don't recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle. I regret the day I walked into the dealership. Why don't they just close their doors

16 Feb 2021, 13:28Mr Donavin purchased the vehicle in September 2020. He owed amount of R9800 to SGW . After numerous calls no payment was made . The file was handed over to our legal department for collection . Only in January 2021 after negotiations and a discount was granted he then settled the agreed balance . Upon receiving the payment SGW registered the vehicle in his name , there were no outstanding license fees as the natis (car papers) was dealer stocked . After Mr Donavin received his natis , he then contacted the bank and tried to reverse the payment , which is *****. We have lodged a case against Mr Donavan of ***** . His intention was after settling the outstanding amount he will reverse the funds . His behaviour was ********* and *******.
